- Steel grade & weld: Q345-B with 100% NDT costs more than basic steel but avoids rail-gnawing and cracks.

How to compare quotes fairly
Ask every supplier for the same spec sheet: girder steel, wheel material, duty, motor brand, weld inspection scope, warranty and response time. Then compare like-for-like. HD European vs LD single girder is not the same crane.
