Daily

• Visual + function check (see our overhead and hoist checks).
• Clean tracks, check no obstacle.

Weekly / Monthly

• Lubricate rope, rails, geared motors.
• Brake gap & response on double girder.
• Rail clamp & wind anchor on RTG / gantry.

Quarterly / Annual

• Tighten structure bolts; check wheel tread wear.
• NDT on main girder; test limit & safety devices.
• Load test per scheme; replace worn rope/hook.
